Our standard warranty includes:

  • Labor Warranty: 30-day guarantee on workmanship.

  • Hardware Warranty: 90-day warranty on new locks, keys, and parts provided by Super Hero Locksmith.

  • Electronic Systems (e.g. key fobs, remotes, smart locks): 30–90 days depending on manufacturer warranty (we’ll inform you at installation).

✅ 2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defective parts installed by our technicians

  • Improper installation or service errors by Super Hero Locksmith

  • Malfunctions caused by manufacturer defects (within the warranty period)

❌ 3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, forced entry, or vandalism

  • Issues caused by weather or environmental conditions

  • Locks, keys, or systems tampered with or serviced by third parties

  • Pre-existing damage or worn-out components not replaced by us

  • Lost or stolen keys/fobs after delivery

🔄 4. Warranty Claims

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within the warranty period

  • Provide the service date and description of the issue

  • Allow our technician to inspect and verify the issue

We will repair or replace the item at no cost if the issue is covered.
